All items must be unworn in their original condition with all original tags intact to be eligible for return.

Important information about returns.

You can return any item purchased from our online store within fourteen ( 14 ) days of receipt, the date you received the package.

First, you need to contact us by phone, email or simply fill out the online returns form on our website.
Items must be returned in perfect condition. We will not accept items that have been worn, damaged or if the material is destroyed.

Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with tags still attached.

Second, you should contact a courier of your choice to pick up the package and ship it to us. The return cost will be fully borne by the buyer.

Refunds will only be issued for properly returned items. MearDesign Production SRL reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements.

If your return is rejected, you will be notified by email and the package will be sent back to you.

If your return complies with our Returns Policy, you will receive a confirmation email that the return has been made in accordance with the above conditions and shortly afterwards we will make the payment to the bank account indicated.

The refund procedure will be completed within fourteen (14) days of receiving the package.

Second, you should contact a courier at your choice to pick up the package. You are responsible for the return shipping cost and you will have to pay for the return shipping cost upfront and at your own expense.
